Cancellation Policy

JBN Global Service & Booking Policy 1. Scheduling & Professionalism Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to allow providers to review your Whole-Life Assessment data. Punctuality: Sessions will begin exactly at the scheduled time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and will not be refunded. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations 24-Hour Notice: We understand that life happens. You may reschedule or cancel any session without penalty if notice is provided at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the session cost. No-Shows: Failure to attend a session without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. 3. Payments & Refunds Strategy Sessions: Payment is due in full at the time of booking to secure your slot. 90-Day Pathways: A deposit or full payment is required prior to the first session. Refunds for unused portions of a 90-day package are handled on a case-by-case basis but are generally non-refundable once the third session has been completed. Secular Path (Objective Growth): Standard commercial refund terms apply as outlined in your individual service agreement. 4. Privacy & Coordination Data Sharing: By booking a Full Roadmap (Coordinated Journey), you consent to JBN Global providers sharing high-level strategy notes with one another to ensure your care is aligned across all domains (Emotional, Financial, etc.). Confidentiality: All personal details shared during sessions remain strictly confidential between you and your provider team.
